I needed my suit altered in a rush, they openly invited me to come in even though the mall was closing and got my alterations done well and in a very timely matter.Top notch customer service! Will continue to go to them for my alteration needs.

Wonderful job and reasonable prices. Very efficient and professional. She knows what she’s doing. Had 3 suites and my wife’s dress done and all done to a very high standard. Her finish is exceptional. Cheerio my tailor forever!!

In less than 1 week the price has gone up another $1.00, asked the lady today May 10 @ 2:20pm why? Her first response was “Yes” to the increase. I mentioned I was here on Sunday, paid for 2 pants to be hemmed, $13 each plus tax, she said “different pants type for price increase.” I said this is the same material & brand just different colour. She back tracked and offered me the $13. I refused as I noted I don’t deal with shady services charging whatever & profiling customers. I’ve been a customer of this company since they opened in Landsdowne. This location, Tsawwassen Mills has been so inconsistent with service & charges, please be cautious with what you’re paying for.

My first time here. I had two dresses that needed specific alterations and they turned out beautifully. Just what I wanted. Personally I thought the pricing was right on. I believe it was the owner who assisted me and she knew what she was doing!!

Best place to get your alterations done in the lower mainland. I live in Vancouver but travel all the way just to get my clothes fixed from this business. Very professional service. She’s very honest with her job and won’t trick me into getting more work done just to charge me. They have never charged me for any re-do’s. They have done 13 suits, 5 costs and 2 blazers for me and all done to an excellent standards. Top quality service with a great smile and kind manners.

They are very meticulous on what they do and the price is definitely reasonable. Glad we tried them. And we definitely go back.

Super great experience!! I brought in my favourite pair of denim and a pair I wanted to get brought in/tapered at the bottom for a skinnier fit. The girl there gave me the run down on everything told me the price and when I'd be able to pick it up no haste at all!! Swung by the same day to pick them up when she said they were ready tried em on to find the perfect fit!! Crazy good customer service very fair price point and nothing but kind and professional attitude! Can't wait to bring most of my pairs of denim by within the next couple days to get them all altered haha 5/5 rating for sure

I popped into this place to see if they had a specific thread colour so I could make a quick alteration to my dress for an event. I had to leave in less than 20 minutes, but Dana offered to do it for me quickly. She was super friendly and did a much better job than I could’ve. Thanks so much Dana!

We had to alter a Grinch costume for my son and they did a fantastic job it fits perfect and he's extremely happy thank you for your good work

Before I take my new clothing items home, I stop in to have the seamstress measure and pin. I'm able to leave my garment and pick up in a few days. Prices are good but it's the convenience that I love the most. Workmanship is on point.
